So we recently started a small BBQ setup in Manipal called The SKWR Theory, focusing on tikkas, and the response has honestly been way better than we expected. We’ve sold out on multiple days, and people have already started coming back which feels crazy. We’re 3 second-year students from MAHE building this alongside college, still improving recipes and consistency, but it’s been a great learning experience so far.
