Lemon Buyback California

I had an interesting experience with GM. I am in Southern California, and I had a terrible dealer service experience, lane assist on and 6 visits later with a new camera and software updates, no fix. I call GM and had a bad rep at first who wouldn’t listen to me. I called another and set a case for buyback. I was able to get a buyback approval within a week, I only submitted my work orders and didn’t need to go in to the dealer again. Anyone have similar experiences?

Only crappy thing is I am at 30k miles so mileage offset is a fat chunk. But at-least I can move on.

High standards?

I guess Road to 1000 worked well. Backgrounds is known to cut out ~80-90% of all applicants but this dude met high standards.
