Found a CPO 2025 X5 xdrive 40i for $62k- premium package and 15k miles. Worth it?

Came across a CPO 2025 X5 xdrive 40i for $62k - has premium package, parking assistance package, multi contour seats and is skyscraper grey metallic.

Also found a deep fingernail scratch and tire tread of 5mm (out of 32mm) from the CPO inspection list. Was about to ink the deal yesterday night when they said we can do it tomorrow. Confused.

Edit: the price on this has now been reduced to $61k (assuming it was an automated discount as it’s been in the lot for 60 days).

As the title suggests, this is in the dealer lot and is a 4 cylinder with no packages. Has the Bang & Olufsen 3D premium speakers.

Is this worth to buy? I’m confused on what the catch is.
