I've been reading threads for an hour already and after exhausting all possible solutions I'm terribly sorry for having to ask since I see how much you guys hate replying to posts like these. Please know that I really tried not having to take your precious time.

I've read the Megathread. Tried RSL 3.0.1 (that I now know doesn't work anymore), 3.1, and 3.2. Made the json from Telegram, nothing. Downloaded the one from Github on the Megathread, nothing. I still get this message. What am I doing wrong here?
