I just wanted to come on here and say that I’ve been battling issues with the way my account was set up since January of this year. It has been back and forth with customer service reps and in store managers to try to fix my problem. I reached out to T-Squad, per another users recommendation and everything I had been dealing with was fixed within 30 minutes. They even gave us a month off for having to deal with six separate troubles.

If you or anyone you know is struggling to find a solution to your lack of service with T-Mobile, I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to T-Squad on Facebook or X. From billing issues, to rebates, to account set up, they were wonderful. And also thank you to the thread that recommended T-Squad! ☺️
