Controller Joystick drifting and not responding

I just brought back my quest 3 from my grandmother's, and noticed the battery was dead. But now, both controllers have stick drift despite never having it. And about every second the joysticks input flickers. Say I have it going 100% in the left direction, it would go down to 7% and flicker up to 14% then down to 5%. This has destroyed the ability to play anything. Bonelab? Can't sprint because it gets canceled every second and im turning in random directions and walking when I dont want to. The walking dead saints and sinners? Trying to shoot at anything is impossible from how much i get swung in a random direction. And I cant sprint away from oncoming zombies.

I have had my quest 3 for a few years, which was about the same time my quest 2 got stick drift. Except it was nowhere near as bad.

I have had so many issues with my quest 3, that I honestly don't reccomend it. I would say to get a valve index, a Pico, litterally anything not made by meta.

Has anyone ever got stuff outside of standalone to work?

I have personally never gotten anything outside of the standalone quest to work. Does anybody else have this same exipirence?

PcVr never works, always something different. Input delay, or laggy, or sometimes not connecting at all.

That mobile VR app, whichever one that needed you to have dev mode enabled, then download files to your quest. (Like minecraft) never worked at all.

And stuff like mobile VR station never worked either. So I have never been able to mod games unless its built in (like blade and sorcery, or bonelab)

Need to reset bios

I fried my ram stick after overclocking. Im about to install new ram, but I need to reset the bios so this new ram don't get fried. Can anybody spot where the cmos battery is? Unless there's away to do it without messing with the battery.
