How to track macros when it comes to whole foods with no nutritional labels?

I buy whole foods (e.g., eggs, beef, salmon) from the market because they’re more cost effective. I’ve recently started tracking my macros but I find it hard to accurately get a number when I use ingredients like eggs and ground beef that have no nutritional labels. What’s a good way to measure them?

Weight fluctuations with hone workiut (beginner)

Hi, I (M23) recently started my fitness journey two weeks ago with 6 days of home workout and cardio every single day, along with switching to a better diet by consuming healthy foods. I’m not fat by all means, but I’m not slim either. I’m skinny fat with a tiny belly pouch with no muscle definition, hence why I started working out at home. Gym memberships are expensive and I figured I’d rather spend my money on eating healthy.

I started at 71.0 kg but dropped to 67.4 kg a week after. Stepped on the scale today and I’m back up to 68.9 kg. Losing weight is not really a priority for me, but rather losing fat especially in the waist and face. I’m 175 cm tall for reference so I’m at a healthy weight range. I lived an extremely sedentary lifestyle prior with no exercises at all. Is it normal for my weight to jump around?

Diet-wise, I used to skip breakfast and would only have two meals with snacks daily. I have no cut on snacks and trying to hit my protein goal, I’m not particularly worried about being on a calorie deficit as I want to build muscle more than I want to lose weight. Though others have suggested to be on a small deficit (100-200 cal) to compliment the fat loss. I don’t track my macros but it’s definitely way more protein and fiber than I used to consume (I’m Asian so my diet was heavy on carbs).

Am I doing something wrong? Should I go through with the calorie deficit? Or is my workout routine not effective? Maybe it’s because I now eat breakfast? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you all.

Looking to fly into Jakarta as I couldn’t secure tickets for my country. I was wondering what the atmosphere is like in concerts in Jakarta? Is it looked down upon for people to stand (when seated) and yell in concerts, as I’ve read that this is something that happens in neighbouring countries. I would really like to attend a concert with an electrifying energy from the crowd. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!
