So, I like finding hidden gems at the library and even Amazon sometimes. I discovered a sub genre that I didn't know existed called Self-Help Satire, basically mocking the endless books on positivity and self help. Paulie Amigo is one author but I'm now interested in reading others. If anyone has a list of authors in this genre let me know please :)
