Hello, I purchased a bag from Vestiaires own consignment service (the seller was listed as a private individual) 9 days ago. The bag had some personalization on which started peeling off after the first use. I used it twice in total. I contacted customer support but since it was more than 72h they refused to help and offered me to relist it with a fee. They quoted the rule below stating that return cannot be accepted due to item feint used not as intended. Which isn’t true since I used the bag as intended and peeling occurred unexpectedly. What are my options legally speaking? Should I use the 14 day withdrawal right? However, I’m worrying that they’ll retain the bag and refuse to refund. Anyone knows a possible solution?
