I have a brand new scrambler 400x (650 kms) run but from the begining whenever i twist the throttle fast the engine doesnt respond immediately, it bogs for a slight second then responds.

(I have the video but im unable to upload it here idk why it doensnt let me)

IS IT NORMAL???
