Anyone else getting migraines before bed after a game of golf? I’m otherwise pretty healthy and I think I’ve got pretty good sun protection, hydration, snacks, etc. I take magnesium now and that hasn’t helped so I’m wondering if anyone else has had the same problem / found the solution?
