Can’t get verified for a month already
Hello community.
So long story short - I can’t get verified since 20th march. First they kept asking me for extra documents to approve my banking account, because it never specified it was supposed to be a specific document with signature which I had to personally request since its european bank, then for last two weeks my account is stuck in verification state with no changes.
I keep getting different emails from different support agents asking for different things. One agent asks to submit a questionaire which i cant do because my acc is locked in verification state. Next one asked to provide an url about my services which I did providing my verified linkedin from which u can see I am a freelance writer. And a document which proves I am a registered micro business in France. Then two days later I get an email stating that I want to provide via url but they cant accept it cause they need me to fill in the questionnaire.
Also last week the agent said they escalated the case to be resolved within 24 hours… and then I got a response 5 days later. Its crazy.
I can’t start a new job and get paid because they only work through payoneer, I am on the verge of breakdown as I start borrowing money to survive. I of course tried calling customer support and spent 30 euros on calls but it resulted in nothing.
Did anyone had a problem like that?
