Replied.
The Product Protection Plan primarily covers accidental damage and product defects for the entire device. The battery is included as part of the overall device and is not assessed as a separate component. If the device experiences functional failure under normal operating conditions due to quality issues, it will be handled as a full-unit claim through our standard inspection and claims process. The final coverage decision is subject to Seel's official assessment results.

New in Gen3 is the multi ring charger, with a reset button on bottom no fiddling about resetting ring now. This charger will fit all sized rings 6-15 and if for any reason you wear a sizer kit it will fit in no problem.
POWER OFF MODE V AIRPLANE MODE ??????? What to use
I have been asked what’s the difference between Power off mode and Airplane mode under me - ring settings
On Power off mode, this turns the ring off completely, in case you need to conserve power - in this mode it collects no data - to restart ring put into charger and turn off power mode - the ring will then pair back up and restart collecting data
Aeroplane mode, handy if you want to save power, or in a place where ring Bluetooth has to be turned off.
Not required to be turned off in planes these days,
In this mode the ring collects data, but must be synced back with app within either 7 days or 10 days
By putting in charger and turning aeroplane mode off, the ring will then pair back to app and upload all data collected
Note for either way the charger is required to get rings working again in app , by placing ring into charging case.

The differences between the Product Protection Plan offered by RingConn and Seel and Care+ Service are as follows:
• RingConn Care+ provides accidental damage, theft protection, and lost ring replacement services. Once eligible, you will receive a new ring.
• The Product Protection Plan mainly provides after-sales support and compensation for accidental damage and product quality issues within its coverage period. Theft and loss of the ring are not covered. (Seel)
