first impressions of keychron q6 he 8k

It's a tank. An absolute tank. It's great. This thing is not sliding around on my desk at all. I think you could put this on top of melted crisco and it still wouldn't move.

I just noticed some things I don't like about it though. When you get it, the buttons that are normally print, scroll-lk, and pause break are not assigned to those functions, but other things. You can remap them, sure, but when I was trying to learn how to set up other things I found myself having to reset the boards settings a few times, so I kept having to reimport the .json I saved from remapping those three functions. (yeah, many people never use those three keys, but I use them two of them so I definitely remapped them to the standard keys)

The sound and feel is pretty good, it's a bit "poppy" but very mellow and not-offensive at all. No complaints at all. I was worried I would be accidently pressing the keys when typing too much as that was a common problem with my last keyboard that used cherry reds, but the switches are much more stable.

I'm still getting the hang of the software and I'm a little anxious because I need to setup a couple macros that repeat without requiring the button to be pressed, but I have not seen a way to do it yet. So far I've only used the keychron launcher, I wonder if this is something that would require setting up QMK. More research is needed I guess. (I can't use autohotkey, it's disallowed to be active in a game I play and I've already been warned for it once)

The main reason why I bought this specific keyboard instead of some others is I liked that it had a physical profile switch, and I specifically did not want wireless. If the feature set has what you're looking for, it's an easy recommendation from me.

Regarding the amount of milk powder in Zojirushi's recipe for Virtuoso Plus

I picked up Zojirushi's virtuoso plus a couple of months ago and so far it has been good.

I've not made very many different recipes in it, but I've made the basic white bread recipe about 10 times. Great stuff.

As far as the recipes are concerned, I've noticed the basic white bread measurements are a little weird.

For example it lists 2 tablespoons of dry milk, at 8g of weight. I'm using bob's nonfat milk powder and ONE tablespoon of that weighs 9g.

Any thoughts here? Is it the milk powder? Bob's is the only brand of milk powder that is sold in my grocery store. I could buy some other stuff on amazon but as common as Bob's is I am wondering if you use the weight or volume measurement for this.
