I am a college student.

I had an exam yesterday. I was prepared enough to pass it but not enough to score well. I stayed up the night before the exam (I know it isn't a healthy practice) but I binged a show whole night. I knew it would have a negative impact and I should stop, but I didn't.

Now I have an exam in a couple of days, but today I can focus well and feel like studying.

How does this even work?

hi so I'm 18 (which I am guessing is not the average age of people here?) so anyway like any other kid I am driven by emotions and adrenaline, maybe a little more than usual. I am also a v argumentative person though I do walk away from arguments far more easily than I did six months ago. Similarly I can get (very) angry quickly too though I take some time alone and calm myself rather than taking it out on anyone or anything. Ig I am on the right track?

What has helped you become a stoic and how?

If there are any in the next couple months, that would be nice, I need the certificates. I checked on India Running which ik is legit but I also saw some other websites which seem fishy.
