This woman I work with doesn’t like me, which I have no problem with. However, every shift I work with her she will make rude comments towards me and belittle me infront of customers. Asking if I checked a reciept when I am already taking off something, saying i’m not paying attention and she can’t do certain things because she’s old so it’s up to me (pick up baskets) and nitpick when I’m not doing it fast enough. I don’t know why she doesn’t like me because from what I know I haven’t done anything and she’s the only person who has a problem with me. Is there anything I can do about it? A few other people in work know how she is towards me but this is my first job and i’m getting borderline bullied by a woman three times my age.
