Given that the objective at the start of his tenure was to get us into the CL, what else can he do? Yes, our recent performances have not be consistently great, but he has guided us into the top 5 and comfortably kept us there with a squad that we all know is still incomplete. he arguably has the qorst squad in the top 6, yet I believe Carrick has managed to squeeze every ounce of potential out of this team and I think he deserves a chance to see what he can do with a more complete team next season.​
