I’m looking for some perspective from fellow Taigun owners. My car has been sitting at Triumph VW Gurgaon for 23 days now just waiting for a rear windshield replacement.
The service center keeps giving me different excuses - first it was "in transit," then "international shipping delays,", then shipment from Pune and now they’re saying the part hasn't even been dispatched. It's frustrating because VW claims high localization for the Taigun, yet a basic piece of glass is taking nearly a month to source.
Has anyone else dealt with Triumph Gurgaon or faced similar delays for body parts?
Is it normal for parts to take this long, or am I being taken for a ride?
Would love to know if anyone else has been through this and how you got them to speed things up.
Escalated to VW India leaders but nothing is moving.
