Body Composition Questions

Hey! I’m a 16 y guy who was wondering how to better my body composition

(I used to be 109, but got out of my depression and have since gained weight)

Im 5ft 11in tall, 121 pounds for reference in the photos

Hoping for 135 ish by the end of summer

I strength train 2-3 times a week, but I‘m a distance runner so obviously muscle gain is going to be slow compared to the average joe (I run 40-50 miles per week for track)

Even though my bmi is fairly low I have a bit more fat on some areas than I would like, but I think that once my arms and chest get bigger it will tend to balance that out.

For the past 4 weeks Ive been eating 3500 cals daily, to try to put myself in a surplus despite my huge running load, but I was wondering if you guys have any specific training tips, ie. where I should prioritize muscle gain, splits, whatever because I really am feeling stuck regarding how to train, and wanting to combat bloating and digestive issues from eating a lot, help?

Really weird body composition problem

hey all!

im 16 , male , 5ft 11in tall and am 120ish pounds (I don’t try to weigh myself a ton because it kind of gives me a mental burden, but its hovering at about 120-125)

I‘ve been lifting twice a week with my running schedule, ( 40-50 miles per week ) and I want to better my body composition.

I have the very typical skinny build but I have a small layer of fat covering my abs and lower stomach despite me being at a very low weight, Im upping my lifting to 3 times per week, push/pull/legs, and I was wondering if y’all had any body composition tips? ( I try to eat about 3500-4,000 cals daily to help fuel my running and my underweight status but am still confused about my weird composition)
