Need serious suggestions and advice.

I’m currently working in Deloitte USI in an HR Operations role and honestly feeling a bit stuck and lost.

I have around 3 years of experience now, but my salary is still around 4 LPA, and growth feels very slow. The work is mostly operational case handling, coordination, repetitive tasks and while I’ve tried to go beyond (process improvements, some analytics work, supporting initiatives), it doesn’t seem to translate into meaningful career progression or compensation.

What’s bothering me more is seeing people around me (especially in tech roles) growing much faster, both in skills and salary. It makes me question whether I’m in the wrong track or if I’ve stayed too long in operations.

I don’t think I lack capability I actually enjoy problem-solving, data, and structured thinking but I feel like my current role doesn’t fully use that, and I’m not sure how to break out of this loop.

i tried applying outside even but only getting rejections.

Just feel like a looser and loosing hope everyday.

Has anyone been in a similar situation ?

What would you suggest as the most practical way to transition out and increase earning potential?

Would really appreciate honest advice.
