Newbies do not be afraid of taking a Signature class

I am a regular Lagree enthusiast and have recently switched to SC. I took a Starter and two Focus classes nervous about jumoing right in even though other members here told me I'd be fine. I'm in Philly for the week and took a class last night with Coach Meg in Northern Liberties and she was awesome. I told her after the class it was my first Signature and she said she never would have guessed. Aside from the lights being down, the music being louder and more talking I didn't think it was wildly different. When I wasn't sure about a set up I just looked.

I think most people could jump in and go. I wish I did 😄

Quick edit: I did a Leg wrap yesterday which was outer glutes and back. I actually really loved how much it felt like strength training. I was sore as hell this morning 😄

3 classes in and I am absolutely feeling it. I’m catching up on exercise names and man the transitions are fast. In lagree it’s definitely a slower pace for transitions. I’ve been doing the Foundation classes and diving in to a Signature next week where I expect to feel completely lost but I am loving it :)

Hey all,

I took an intro to SC a while back. Been doing Lagree 2/3 times a week for almost a year. My favorite instructor got a new job and is moving to another state. She was the main appeal for me. Thinking it might be time to switch.

A few questions…

Should I start back with the intro classes?

For those who have done both lagree and SC how much faster is the pace?
