


I’m one of the few people who did opt for Front Row Preferred Camping early during the sale but got otherwise in confirmation email. Handful of people dealt with the same thing Friday.
I got in the sale at 11:08 and did see that front row was priced same as preferred. Double and triple checked that I was choosing this, and checked out by 11:11am.
Upon reviewing my email confirmation, it does say in the header “front row preferred camping” but under says preferred camping.
My cousin who was able to check out much later got a front row preferred. By now the price mishap was rectified and his is priced coded as front row preferred and reads as such in his email.
Put in a support ticket Friday afternoon stating …
“I got in and ordered my Coachella by 11:12am. When ordering my (1) GA and (2) preferred front row camping, ordering was a breeze and successful.

I did opt for front row preferred, double checked and continued. But when referring back to order on my account, it says "preferred camping". I know I am not the only one with this discrepancy.”

Finally got a reply Monday PM from AXS…
“Hi Oberder,
Thank you for contacting AXS.
I am showing you did get the preferred car camping we are unable to make changes at the moment till on sale begins. “
Therefore I guess we are screwed getting early in the sale for front row preferred. It was really helpful this year too.
