Today I joined the Gretsch family

After playing my Ibanez GIO for the last ~10 years, I wanted an upgrade. Something that feels different from what I am used to. After searching online for much longer than I care to admit, I found the Electromatic Premier Jet in the Clairvoyant finish.

I fell in love with it as soon as I saw that chameleon finish and the overall aesthetic of the guitar. I read through the specs and I knew that it would be the guitar for me.

I'm afraid these pictures don't do justice to just how gorgeous this guitar is in reality. It plays like a dream, the compound radius is really great and the Sphera Twin Six humbuckers cover everything I could ever need.

The neck really surprised me, because it's not a lot thicker than my Ibanez. It's really really comfortable to play, and the ebony fretboard feels so nice and smooth.

Overall there are no flaws with this guitar and I couldn't be happier. If you are currently on the fence about trying the Electromatic Premier Jet: go for it. In my humble opinion, its such an amazing guitar.

Let me know if there's any questions I might be able to answer if you want to know more about the guitar. Cheers!
