Invest in a basic rotary setup as a fresh graduate?

Hello I'm looking for some guidance here. I'm a fresh graduate. ive been working in a clinic for past few months and the clinic gives us to do every procedure aside from root canal. i understand RCT is a risky procedure and as an owner you wouldn't want someone else to mess up but I've been losing grasp on RCTs this way. I found a different clinic by an oral surgeon which is looking for a graduate who can do root canals for them. But since rotary is the standard now and it's something you don't get taught at school. Do you think it's a good move to do a small course on rotary and buy a bare minimum rotary setup to start practising ? Any inputs are appreciated.
