For me it makes me more stable.
This is one of the main signs of hypo/mania for me. I think it could be oxidative stress?
I've been reading about ways to feel better with bipolar disorder and a lot of the supplements seem to be antioxidants/antiinflammatory like fish oil, n-acetylcysteine, and I've personally found melatonin to be helpful in lowering stress levels and relaxing more. Does anyone else think there might be a link here between feeling better and reducing stress on the body and cells?
