Urgentt!! Help needed. I am trying to change my address from Nepal to UK.
I had this old Payoneer account from 2021 with Nepali address. I am here in UK.
Few days back my company switched to Payoneer to send money. But I cannot receive money since it cannot be verified. I need to upload recent Nepal document with my address for verification which I cannot. Also turns out we cannot change address directly but contact with Payoneer support. The support is under review but has no progress. Have you guys have similar experience ? And how can we expedite the process?
