We got white pepper here, and what an album. It’s incredibly easy, possible the single easiest ween album to date and that’s no discredit to the songs or format. A portmanteau of While Album and SGT peppers, this album is a somewhat of a Beatles homage.

The sounds this album puts out are really good, and have a sort of vibe to them that’s totally new. The album is polished as hell, with some really excellent production and overall lack of the typical ween distortions and methods

Overall it’s not close to my favorite, nor in my top 5 but it can’t be denied. Some of the best songs they wrote are in here, and the lyricism is actually a step above a lot of what they’ve done so far, just when it comes to straightforward lyrics that make sense on both surface and deeper levels.
