Moving to New York and looking for a room to sublet - May 10 onwards
Hey yall! My name is Ani and I am moving from California to New York to take up a new Tax Consultant role at around Rockefeller Plaza. I am writing this post as a way to put out some feelers for nearby apartments/rooms for sublet, as I am very new to the area and still trying to learn about what is around me. From what I was able to gather, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and Hell's Kitchen are what's on my mind right now. I am very open to suggestions and other options though so by all means, hit me up with whatever you got!
A little bit about me as a roommate is that I am very active and love to find new things to explore, so if you want to join, I'd be very happy to take on your company. I'd say I work best in routines and can carry my fair share of the responsibilities in the house (cooking, cleaning, restocking, etc.). That being said, I am open to any roommate situation as well, with my only preference being that they are also clean, carry their weight, and are around my age (21-29).
