Hi all. I really want to see a little more of west Donegal on my next road trip, likely over the June Bank Holiday weekend. I'm pretty flexible as I've the whole week off but I'm guessing the weekend would be the most lively time to visit. I'll be travelling from the Midlands and would like to take in a night on Tory and maybe even a night on Arranmore too. I know I can take my care over onto Arranmore so that'll be great. Solo traveller, so as cost effective as possible if that's possible! Is there bike hire available on Tory can anyone tell me? I'd really love local input as you can't beat personal recommendations.

Thanks in advance for anyone who takes the time to share their ideas...

As above folks. I really really want to invest in an e bike for the summer ahead but I'm totally clueless where to even start looking.

I'm in Ireland, if that makes any difference?

My budget isn't great, but I'd be willing to stretch it a little for a decent set of wheels. Ideally it would come in under €1k. Foldable would be handy for ease of transportation but not a non negotiable. It would remove the added cost of a bike rack though!

I'm a large frame (circa 275lbs) and about 170 cms.

Living with lots of pains and aches.

So...with all the above I'd really love your thoughts.

Thanks in advance for anyone who takes the time to share what knowledge they have....

As above, has anyone managed to get a reduced rate on their energy bills if they've to use any sort of electrical medical devise?

I used a CPAP so it's in use on average 7 hours every night so just curious if anyone using same managed to qualify for Electric Ireland's vulnerable customer tariff. I just today completed and returned the form so I guess I'll find out in die course.

Thanks in advance for your replies.
