Im trying to sew a doll, I've been practicing sewing the head but it always comes out like this. I assumed it was due to uneven stitches or stitches being too tight so I've trying to be mindful of that but it still comes out like that. What am I doing wrong? Im using cotton fabric and 3 strand embroidery thread. Is there a way to avoid it? I've sewn the head 3 times and they all look like that so I know im doing something wrong.
