Has anyone gotten a tolerance to antipsychotics?

I take perphenazine and have for like 3 or 4 years. I feel like my dose isnt working like it used to. Has anyone else gotten a tolerance to antipsychotics? Kinda worried about just raising and raising the dose.

I feel like I've tried everything

So it all started with Zyprexa probably 5 or 6 years ago. Since then, I can't stop pacing. I walk an average of 40,000 steps a day. It's exhausting but I can't stop. When I try, I need to move other parts of my body.

I've tried many meds for akathisia. I would have to say the strongest I've tried is mirtazapine and benztropine, but they both have intolerable side effects. Right now I'm on gabapentin, which was helping at first but not anymore.

I can wear myself out, but I can't do that when I have to work. All of my coworkers probably think I'm crazy, especially the ones that have access to the cameras. My family is also always telling me to stop pacing and they don't understand why I can't.

Is there anything you guys can recommend besides what I've tried?

My health, mental and physical, have rapidly declined due to the prescription of antipsychotics. I now have doctors treating the problems that psychiatrists caused over 5 years ago with little success. Nobody warned me of the risks - they just said the drugs could make you gain weight. Now I'm dealing with things like insomnia, pancreatitis, a bad liver, chronic high blood sugar and triglycerides, constant pacing, and regret of ever meeting the people that prescribed that shit.

Not only that, but I've had drugs forced on me against my will. These drugs shorten your life, not prolong it.
