Spoke to Origin about NBN. The rep said my studio is NBN ready (live in apartment block) and that if I signed up, a modem would be sent to plug in. But my question is plug in where? I do have an old school phone line which is hanging off the wall (so not working, hasn't been since I moved in - a rental). The real estate said NBN will install whatever needs to be done. So I'm a bit confused and not really sure what / who I am supposed to call to get it sorted.

Curious what forms of exercise people do with knee pain / while rehabbing with physio.
