I recently booked a hotel in Bali through Agoda and made a couple of mistakes. I accidentally selected a non-refundable/non-amendable option, and on top of that, I entered the wrong dates. I meant to book June 27–July 1, but ended up booking June 26 instead.

I’ve already submitted a cancellation request through Agoda and also emailed the hotel directly. Just waiting on their response now.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you able to get a cancellation or at least a date change despite the policy? Any tips would really help. Thanks!
