I have the McBean Stay. Today, my caseworker from the congresswoman office forwarded the uscis response to my expedite request submitted in March citing the ban again!!!!

Does anyone know if any of those plaintiffs in Behdin case who got the PI last week, have gotten adjudicated yet?

There are 37 of us in a private discord server for McBean first-round lawsuit. Given the inquiries, I want to emphasize that there have been no approvals or adjudications on our EADs or I-485 cases so far.

I`m being prolific today BUT Judge Burroughs in McBean case is moving fast. she just set April 15 as the deadline for both TRO and PI oppositions and replies!

Those who are considering joining lawsuits. Today in her live show , McBean mentioned they might open a second round next week.

It seems McBean just filed the proposed order for a stay!
