RateTap helps restaurants get more Google reviews using NFC tap cards, while routing unhappy guests into private feedback so managers can fix issues fast.

We are hiring 1 remote Operations VA in the Philippines for lead research, contact verification, spreadsheet or CRM cleanup, follow-up organization, and light QA.

Responsibilities:

- Research restaurants and build clean lead lists

- Verify Google Maps, website, phone, Instagram, and WhatsApp details

- Update spreadsheets or CRM records accurately

- Organize follow-ups so no prospects get missed

- Test simple pages, forms, and links and report issues clearly

Requirements:

- Strong written English

- Excellent attention to detail

- Comfortable with Google Sheets and online research

- Reliable internet and backup plan

- Can follow instructions without constant supervision

Work details:

- Rate: $3-$5 USD/hour

- Part-time to start

- Some overlap with North America preferred

- Payment: Wise or PayPal
