Tokuchi Toua's FSIQ is Underestimated
Tokuchi Toua, as a pitcher, is granted 18 seconds for each pitch. If we set aside 3 seconds for the ball's travel time, we are left with 15 seconds.
PSI: During these 15 seconds, Tokuchi must adjust his pitching form, read the opponent's psychology, read the opponent's body language, and determine the breaking point of his special pitch by solving which pitch the opponent is weak against. In other words, Tokuchi must read many possible variations in his mind simultaneously within those 15 seconds.
Additionally, despite becoming very tired on the field, he must also understand the general psychology and strategy of the opposing players off the field, strengthen the useless members of his own team, manage the team economically, and know/think about the in-game strategies, such as who will enter the game and when.
No matter how many things Tokuchi faced, his plans and manipulations were always perfect; this undoubtedly requires a massive PSI.
VSI: Tokuchi used VSI specifically in every match to determine how the ball would travel and how he could adjust that breaking point before making his special pitch.
At the same time, Tokuchi was actively using the field to determine where the catchers would stand, which is again an active level of VSI. Visualizing a baseball field is undoubtedly very difficult.
VCI: Since Tokuchi appeared with American soldiers at the beginning of the story, he likely knew English in addition to Japanese.
WMI: Because the Saikawa One Outs contract became very complicated, Saikawa gave Tokuchi a summary of the contract; Tokuchi looked at it for one second, then closed his eyes and tore it up. He was able to memorize such a contract in that short amount of time.
Even though Tokuchi made this easier with the help of EQ, he was able to profile every character he saw throughout the series very easily; this includes Saikawa, as he created Saikawa's psychological profile the moment he sat across from him for the first time.
FRI: He was able to understand that a man working within the team was working for Saikawa immediately after one round ended.
He was able to understand the problems of the three useless people in the team and how to solve them, as well as their status and social standing, just by observing them.
He understood that all baseball teams would unite under the team named Galians to establish a single league system.
And dozens of other FRI feats could also be used.
