Runner’s knee help
I have been running off and on for close to 25 years. Recently I’ve been training for a marathon and even as my miles piled up everything was fine. Then after a 19 mile long run I started having knee pain that felt like what everyone describes runners knee feeling like. I hate to stop training and lose all this progress so I guess my question is what are ways that you rehab runners knee? Is there a way to train with it and not do lasting damage? Again I know a lot of people say rest but it’s like watching all the work I’ve done circle the drain when I think about resting.
