F24 in a doctorate program chemically stressed. Can anyone identify what this rash could be from? It’s on my abdomen unilateral doesn’t truly itch, more like a burning sensation when touched. Began 5 days ago and hasn’t gotten better or worse. I was hesitant to say it’s a shingles looking rash because there isn’t any pustules forming but it genuinely appeared out of no where and I noticed it after work.
