No doubt, their stories are powerful and deserve respect — but how many times will we keep retelling the same chapters?
Maharashtra has such a vast and diverse history beyond just these personalities. There are countless untold stories from different regions, communities, and time periods that deserve the spotlight. Real stories of common people, local heroes, social reformers, and even modern-day realities could make for equally powerful cinema.
Instead of revisiting the same narratives, why not explore something new? It would not only bring freshness to the industry but also give audiences a broader perspective of Maharashtra’s rich heritage.
