Hey! Quick question about Wegovy + Greenshield.

I can see Wegovy is on my plan, but it’s listed as an “Exception Drug” and needs prior authorization from a doctor.

I’ve signed up with an online provider and qualify (BMI 32), but before I continue:

Has anyone actually had Wegovy approved through Greenshield?

How strict is the approval process?

Does it matter if it’s prescribed online vs your family doctor?

Just trying to see how likely it is to be covered vs paying out of pocket. Thanks!
