Hi everyone, I’m going for a sign-on interview with Singapore Artillery soon and wanted to learn more from people with experience in artillery units.

I’m mainly interested in understanding
- the different roles for officers and WOSPECs
- differences in day to day lifestyle and responsibilities
- field vs office/technical work
- training tempo and outfield frequency
- unit culture and career progression
- what artillery life is actually like long term

Would really appreciate any insights or experiences from current/former artillery personnel. No sensitive/classified details of course just trying to learn more before the interview.
