Custom sleeve for food products

Custom sleeve for food products

Yes, business is not easy. I takes time to establish, for us it took almost 9 months from starting to be on a level where big restaurants of our city has started giving us orders. We made custom sleeves and stickers for this restaurant.

How we onboarded this client:

Earlier we were doing trading of plastic and eco-friendly food packaging, but later found that this niche is very crowed and price sensitive, so we changed our strategy and started focusing on customised cups, food boxes, stickers, carrybags. Of course we started with partnering with manufacuturers who print, cut and make boxes and cups,.. As we progressed we learnt about paper quality, diffrent types of paper, cardboard/monocartons, printing, colouring and gauge, GSM .. all technical nitty gritties..

Now after 9 months, restaurants started giving big orders without hesitation. Yes, someone has said very rightly that business is a game of patience.

Small businesses save money on wasteful courier charges

12 inch X 7 inch X 3.5 inch

This packaging is designed keeping courier volumetric weight rules in mind, assuming your product’s actual weight is under 1 kg.

In logistics, courier charges are calculated based on whichever is higher:
• Actual Weight
• Volumetric Weight (box dimensions)

Many businesses unknowingly pay higher shipping charges because they use oversized packaging. Even if the product weighs less than 1 kg, a larger box can push the shipment into the 2 kg pricing category.

This box is specifically designed to stay within the 1 kg volumetric weight limit. In fact, this is the maximum box size possible while still remaining under the 1 kg volumetric slab.

Any box size smaller than this will also fall under the 1 kg volumetric category.

If you need custom-sized packaging optimized for shipping costs, I’d be happy to help.
