Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice or feedback on my situation because I’ve been struggling to re-enter the job market for several months now.
I hold a diploma in International Management from Tunis, and a Master’s degree in Consulting & Digital Transformation from SKEMA Business School , also worked in Paris in two consulting firms, mainly on functional consulting projects.
After that, I decided to return to Tunis. I had two job offers at the time: one from Deloitte and one from a startup working on generative AI. I chose the startup, but unfortunately the experience didn’t go as expected, and I left after around 8 months.
Shortly after, I had to undergo a medical surgery, which also slowed down my career momentum. Since then, I’ve been actively looking for a job for about 6–8 months, mainly in roles like:
Functional Consultant
Junior Consultant
Digital Transformation roles
However, I’ve been facing repeated silence or lack of responses despite sending many applications.
To clarify my profile:
I am not a purely technical profile
My strength is more on functional analysis, business consulting, process optimization, and adapting solutions to client needs and market contexts
Any advice, feedback, or even criticism is very welcome. I really want to get back on track professionally.
