I am beyond disgusted, with whatever vile, pathetic excuse of a human being did this to this poor baby.

Myself and a couple others found this poor cat, tied inside a bag with its head sticking out, at Jubilee Park. He was soaked in urine. I don't know how long he had been there, he didn't put up a fight at all, and was extremely sweet.

I brought him to the vet, they had to cut open the bag because it was tied so tightly. No tattoo or chip, he is safe at the SPCA now.

I hope you rot in the deepest pits of hell whoever did this.
