Practice luggage forwarding form for Japan feedback needed
Hi everyone
I have been practicing how to fill out a Japanese luggage forwarding form using a digital mock up in Google Slides. I have used two real hotels as an example of a shipment from one hotel to another to understand what I would need to write on the waybill.
I know I could just ask hotel staff or convenience store staff for help when I am there, and I understand they often do assist with this. However I would like to be prepared in case I arrive and the staff are busy or not able to help in detail.
My goal is to avoid confusion on the spot by having everything ready in advance such as hotel contact numbers, reservation details, and correctly formatted address information so I can fill the form quickly if needed.

If anyone has experience with luggage forwarding in Japan I would really appreciate any corrections or advice on whether I am preparing this correctly or missing anything important.
