The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur (IIIT Nagpur) is an Institute of National Importance, established in 2016. It operates under a public-private partnership (PPP) model involving the Ministry of Education (MoE), the Government of India, the Government of Maharashtra, and industry partners.
IIIT Nagpur was initially mentored by Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur and now functions from its permanent campus located in Waranga, Nagpur. The campus spans approximately 100 acres, allocated by the Government of Maharashtra.

I am a student at IIIT and want to switch.
As the title says, please don't ask why, I am tired of cse and never wanted to pursue this. I had interest in doing BA econ or Law but anyways. I just need some basic guide on how to do things if you can help

Body of an unknown male was discovered around 5 AM after he jumped from a building at IIIT Nagpur.
The body reportedly remained untouched for nearly an hour before police reached the spot around 5:50 AM. The identity of the deceased is still unknown.Today was also an exam day on campus. The handling of the situation is very disturbing.

This is sick to the core, already few 3rd yearites had posted here that ppl are having recurring thoughts about committing s*icide. There should be a real counsellor (a real psychiatrist) present in the counsellor room and awareness should be spread also give everyone out there who's feeling down a helping hand you don't know even a small consolation can have a immense impact on someone, that's all we can do to have someone's life atleast get better from our side. Om shanti🙏
