Hi St Charles!

My baby sister turns 21 in the beginning of May. I am not familiar with the bars/clubs in this area or St Louis area because I currently live in Louisiana, and when I did live in the area, I was a minor. I'm looking for recommendations on where to take her so any raves on bars/clubs would be appreciated.

Initially, we were just going to go to the Ameristar, but she would rather hop.
