Mini cookie dough cake!

Layers of brown butter, brown sugar cake, edible cookie dough, & ermine frosting. Topped with chocolate ganache drip and more cookie dough!

Super fun project. I was inspired by a few recipes online. Ermine icing was a good balance as the cake is otherwise quite sweet and rich (shocker!).

Galette and crumble bars!

Only regret was not doubling the recipe!
