O resultado foi anunciado hoje, os EUA tomaram significativas minas de terras raras brasileiras, anteriormente pertencentes a uma mineradora nacional, sem nenhuma resistência do governo.
I have been learning German for a while, and I already know quite a lot of vocabulary and grammar rules. I can often understand texts, recognize structures, and explain some grammar points. But when it comes to actually speaking, I still struggle a lot.
I often feel like the words disappear when I need them, or I cannot build sentences fast enough. Sometimes I know the rule in theory, but I cannot use it naturally in conversation. It is frustrating, because I feel like I know more German than I am able to actively speak.
Why does this happen? Is this a normal stage in language learning? And what can I do to improve my speaking ability and become more spontaneous when I speak German?
I would really appreciate any advice, especially from people who went through the same thing.
