Do you need alight motion lite or alight motion premium to remove the watermark?

I’ve been getting mouth and tongue ulcers every month for years. Sometimes multiple at once. Once i had too many ulcers that make me can’t open my mouth or eat. Should i go to a doctor or a dentist for a checkup?
